Dr. Lisa Smith is co-founder and managing director of Prewave, an AI-startup developing a technology to detect sustainability and disruption risks in global supply chains. Prewave is a Spin-Off of the Vienna University of Technology and uses cutting edge machine learning and natural language processing technology to detect and predict risks from social and news data in more than 50 languages. Lisa Smith has 10 years’ experience in the field of supply chain risk detection and holds a PhD in Business Informatics.
