Early access before the public announcement

Women Automotive Network's first-ever Japan Summit comes to Tokyo this spring — a landmark in our global expansion. Japan is one of the automotive industry's most storied powerhouses, home to influential manufacturers and engineering traditions that have shaped the world. We're opening a new stage for the women driving change here, challenging long-held bias.

An exclusive, 100-seat gathering for leaders ready to lead change. Female leadership in Japan's automotive sector sits at just 5–10%, even as the industry faces a growing talent crisis. This Summit unites the role models, allies, and organisations already proving progress is possible.

  • Priority ticket access before the public sale opens
