Aine Denari

Sr Vice President and General Manager, Global Electronics ADAS, ZF, USA

Áine Denari currently serves as senior vice president of ZF’s ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist Systems) business within Global Electronics at ZF AG.

In this position, Ms. Denari is responsible for delivering revenue and profit, and future growth of the business, considering all functions and regions.

Previously at ZF, Ms. Denari held the roles of SVP for Product Planning globally for the ZF portfolio across all divisions; and was also the Head of Integration for the integration between ZF and TRW, including strategy and implementation of all functions, businesses, systems and processes.

Ms. Denari is based at ZF’s Global Electronics headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan, USA.

Prior to joining ZF TRW, Ms. Denari was a Director of Strategy and Analytics at Ingersoll Rand, responsible for strategy, competitive intelligence, market dynamics and market research. Ms. Denari also worked in Strategy Consulting in Europe and the US with consulting firms McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company. Before working in consulting, she worked as a Mechanical Engineer in product development with Ford Motor Company.

Ms. Denari holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), completed the Stanford Executive Program, and holds advanced engineering degrees from Purdue University and University of Detroit Mercy. Ms. Denari completed her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at University College Dublin in Ireland.
