The people shaping the future of automotive are confirmed. Are you in the room?
Special early rates available until 30 April. Secure your place today.
Senior leaders from Volkswagen Group, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Castrol, Nissan Motor Corporation, Renault Group, Stellantis, BMW Group and Hyundai confirmed for 6 October 2026, Stuttgart.
The Women Automotive Network: Europe Summit has revealed its program, returning to Stuttgart on 6 October at Forum am Schlosspark, Ludwigsburg.
Across Europe, automotive and mobility professionals are navigating regulatory pressure, rapid technological change, shifting talent expectations, and tighter margins simultaneously. The ability to prioritise, adapt, and lead with intent is no longer a differentiator — it is a baseline requirement. The program has been built around that reality, with sessions spanning leadership, AI and digitalization, hybrid technology, sustainability, talent development, allyship, and industry collaboration.
This is a one-day hybrid event. In 2025, 479 professionals joined in Germany and a further 498 participated live online from 38 countries. Over half of in-person attendees were at Director, VP, SVP, or CXO level, and 268 companies were represented across the full automotive ecosystem.
The Speakers Shaping This Year's Agenda
Twelve confirmed speakers spanning OEMs, suppliers, technology, and energy, with further announcements to follow.
These conversations happen once a year, in one room.

- ◆Volkswagen Group, Ford Motor Company, and Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK on stage together exploring what future leadership looks like when the talent pipeline cannot keep pace with industry change.
- ◆A dedicated session on hybrid technology, with Castrol's Vice President, Global Strategic Partnerships and Global Marine and Energy examining how the technology is reshaping priorities across the ecosystem.
- ◆Google leading an interactive masterclass on AI readiness, not as a concept, but as an executive skill you can use now.
- ◆Nissan, Stellantis, and Daimler Trucks in the same room exploring what allyship, mentorship, and cross-generational collaboration actually look like in practice.
- ◆Renault Group and CATL on industry collaboration and how innovation scales across the automotive ecosystem when organisations move beyond their own silos.
The format is built for active participation, not passive attendance. From a structured networking lunch connecting attendees with shared interests and goals, to sessions that require contribution rather than observation, the day reflects how this community engages best.
The Women Automotive Awards Return
The Women Automotive Awards will return this year for another spectacular evening of recognition and celebration. Following the day's program, the Awards ceremony brings the full in-person audience together for a drinks reception and an evening that celebrates the individuals and organisations driving real progress across the European automotive industry. Further details on categories and nominations will be announced soon.
