Why are you speaking at the Women Automotive Summit?
The automotive market is in a major change process right now with lots of new innovation
happening and a key role in this fast -changing market is the transformation speed and
capability of people. Therefore, It is important to contribute on challenges, opportunities
and new innovations happening in this environment. Women can play a significant role in
this field but also the need of aligning our organization to these requirements.

Why do you think such an event is important to the industry?
The point of view from a Women perspective with all social challenges highlights as well
what needs to be changed and how modern organization should look like based on
changes happening in the market.

What will you be speaking about / contributing to the event?
My contribution to the event will be Team work and your future in the digital
transformation, what role are people playing in an adoptive manufacturing environment?

What is the most challenging issue currently affecting the automotive industry?
Unknown where the automotive usage will go to in terms of more customization or
standardization based on car sharing Technology wise taking the next big step in
autonomous driving and related complexity in car manufacturing Unknown competitive
situation.

What do think the future holds?
The future of mobility looks great to me allowing a more flexible and customizable use of
mobile transportation.
