Common questions

When and where is the Summit?

Tuesday 1 December 2026 at the Sheraton María Isabel Hotel, Av. Paseo de la Reforma 325, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Mexico City. Registration opens at 08:30 and the day closes around 17:30 (local time, CST), after the WAN Mexico Awards. Paid parking is available at the hotel.

Which pass is right for me?

The In-Person Pass covers every talk, panel and workshop, networking, lunch and the Awards. The Industry Pass is the same experience at a lower rate for verified employees of OEMs and Tier 1 & 2 suppliers. The Online Pass gives you the livestream of every main-stage session, a dedicated online workshop, live Q&A and the 1:1 networking tool.

Will sessions be recorded?

Yes. Every pass includes post-event video recordings of the sessions, so a scheduling clash never costs you the content.

How does the Industry Pass eligibility check work?

The Industry rate is reserved for employees of OEMs and Tier 1 & 2 suppliers. We verify eligibility using your work email and company.

Are there group discounts?

Yes. Add the passes to your cart and use GROUP3 (3+ passes, 15% off), GROUP5 (5+, 20% off) or GROUP10 (10+, 25% off) at checkout. One discount code applies per order, so codes can't be combined with WAN20MEXICO — use whichever saves you more. For larger teams, email team@womenautomotive.com for tailored pricing.

Can we pay by invoice?

For group bookings we can issue an invoice. Email team@womenautomotive.com with the number of passes and your company details.

What if I can't attend after booking?

Ticket sales are final, but you can transfer your pass to a colleague at no charge — just email us before the event.

How do I nominate someone for the WAN Mexico Awards?

Nominations are open now. See the categories and submit a nomination on the Mexico Awards page.

How can my company speak or sponsor?

Use the Apply to speak or Become a sponsor options above, or email team@womenautomotive.com. Headline, Gold and workshop slots are allocated first come, first served.
