Ellen Sasson SAP Speaker Interview – Stuttgart
Why are you speaking at the Women Automotive Summit?
There is a massive change afoot in the world of mobility involving automakers for sure but
also cities and governments and utilities and telcos. Working for enterprise software
vendor SAP, I see the change holistically and want to speak about the impact of mobility
on all sectors of the economy including automotive manufacturing.
Why do you think such an event is important to the industry?
There needs to be more collaboration across countries and continents on the topic of
mobility and Transportation as a Service. Women are at the forefront of the move to
mobility.
What will you be speaking about / contributing to the event?
How automotive transformation is about inter -company, inter -country collaboration and
women impact collaboration in a huge way.
What is the most challenging issue currently affecting the automotive industry?
Getting the right talent to lead the transformation.
What do think the future holds?
If we can get in front of artificial intelligence/autonomy and make it work for us as human
beings, the world will continue to be an amazing place. Women in automobility are critical
to taking care of the future of humanity.
If you would like to add any additional quote or comment, then please forward across as

I am a firm believer that we must welcome change as the rule but not as our ruler. Bernd
