Tanja Svjetlanovic

Tanja Svjetlanovic is a consultant in Spencer Stuart´s Frankfurt office and a valued member of the firm´s Industrial and Automotive Practice. In addition to her extensive expertise in executive search, Tanja also has experience in leadership advisory services. The focus of her consulting work includes searches in the automotive and supplier industry, as well as searches in the mechanical engineering and electronics industries. Besides international corporations, her clients include medium-sized family businesses and private equity. She joined Spencer Stuart in 2015 and leads the German Industrial Practice across all three Spencer Stuart offices in Germany since 2022.
