Sara Gorjão is the Chief People Officer at tb.lx, a corporate startup for Daimler Trucks & Buses. Two major highlights: in a remote-first setup, the headcount in the engineering department doubled and all the HR best practices were put in place. Since last year, the diversity strategy at tb.lx made the women in IT & Product grow from 0% to 12.5%. Considered by the community as one of best HR all-rounders in the tech scene, she accumulates more than 9 years of experience, 7 of those working in the IT ecosystem.
