I started my career in Flex in Guadalajara, Mexico as lead facilitator for Flex Global Leadership Programs.
I truly believe that strong leadership capabilities are at the core of any organization’s success.
In 2012, I moved to Vienna, Austria and 2014 changed my residency to Poland.
My team and I are responsible for implementing all Talent Management processes, succession planning, leadership development, career planning and Culture initiatives.
