Barbara Bruno

Barbara Bruno is Chief Practice Officer at Gi Group Staffing, Italy’s largest multinational HR Staffing services organization, operating in over 50 countries. Barbara has played a crucial role in the company's internationalization process. Starting out as a search and selection consultant, she advanced to coordinating staffing services, overseeing branch operations, and designing solutions for corporate clients, progressively expanding her responsibilities from regional to global levels. As the global point of contact for operations and solution design, Barbara traveled extensively from 2012 to 2017, creating tailored solutions for international corporate customers. In addition to leading the Staffing practice, she has been a key member of Gi Group Holding's International Management Board for over a decade. Barbara's current responsibilities include coordinating strategic decisions, adapting processes to local markets, integrating newly acquired companies, and ensuring the implementation of the Staffing Practice's business model worldwide.
