Christina Schulte Kutsch

SVP HR & Global Diversity Leader, ZF

Christina Schulte-Kutsch began her career at DaimlerChrysler AG in 2004 as International Management Associate. Following this, she moved to MAHLE in 2007 where she was responsible for several leadership positions in Germany and overseas. These included Management Development and HR Marketing, Corporate Human Resources at Mahle India, and more. In 2016, Christina joined Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn as Vice President, Leadership Development and Culture and in 2020 she joined ZF where she now holds the position of Executive Vice President, Talent and Organization.

Christina holds a Master’s degree in HR Development from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Dortmund, Germany.
