Why did you join the Women Automotive Network?
I joined because there is power in number. Being together is a good way to be seen and heard. I also joined because networking and sharing is important and in the current times I’d say that it’s even more crucial to be connected.
Why is DE&I important to you?
I’m convinced that diversity is a strength for a company (and for the world 😉). Still this is something that I have in me, it’s a kind of a mission to support women in any way I can, by advocating for equity or offering them ways to develop themselves.

When I became a group leader
What is the number one automotive trend you are keeping up with currently?
Growing rate of hybrid and electric cars.
Who is your inspirational woman?
Rosa Parks, who stood up for her rights, even if it could become uncomfortable (or worse even, at the time).
What is the greatest challenge you have had to overcome?
When I applied for my 1st management position, I argued nearly 3 months with myself before I dared handing over my application.
What was your first car?
A Renault Supercinq
