That’s why we’re proud to announce our partnership with Ten80 Education — a nationally recognized organization connecting K–12 students to career pathways in STEM and preparing a skilled workforce for the future.

Ten80 Education specializes in creating innovative student programs across the United States and internationally, including their signature Student Racing, Autonomous Vehicle, and Energy Challenges. Through hands-on projects, students build critical thinking, engineering, and leadership skills — all essential to thriving in the automotive and advanced manufacturing industries.

As part of this year’s Women Automotive Summit: Detroit, we’re thrilled to provide students with a platform to experience the event first-hand:

•  Ten80 students  will take the stage for a live interview, offering their perspective on their education to date and the impact it has had on future career choices as well as diving into Gen Z expectations in the workplace.

• Ten80 students will also attend the summit, volunteer during the event, network with industry leaders, and experience first-hand the innovation shaping the automotive world.

This collaboration highlights the importance of creating real-world opportunities for the next generation of talent — and reflects our shared commitment to growing the future workforce.
